European Day of Languages

Organised by the Council of Europe and the European Union, the European Day of Languages (26th September) celebrates linguistic and cultural diversity in Europe and the importance of language learning worldwide. 

Activities for 4°ESO and 1° Bachillerato
 

1. Look for an English word of European origin. For example, cockroach from Spanish cucaracha.

2. Look for an idiom in English and its translation into Spanish. For example, like father like son = de tal palo tal astilla
